Tuesdays at 6 PM: Strength and Stability

Wednesdays at 7 AM: Unravel & Awaken (In-Studio and Online)

The JOY is located at 135A North Carlisle Street (studio entrance in the back via Warren Lane). Free parking is available on Carlisle Street and along the alley.
