When was the last time you gave yourself permission to simply experience joy?
In the midst of busy schedules and endless responsibilities, it's easy to forget that joy isn't something we have to earn—it's something we can intentionally cultivate. Moments of curiosity, laughter, wonder, and presence have the power to restore our nervous system and reconnect us with what matters most.
Join us for an afternoon designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and embrace the healing practice of joy. Through gentle yoga, guided myofascial release, mindful breathwork, meditation, and deep relaxation, you'll release tension, quiet the mind, and create space for greater ease and lightness.
Together, we'll explore how joy can become a meaningful practice—one that supports resilience, nurtures well-being, and reminds us that healing doesn't always have to be serious.
You'll leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and inspired to carry more presence, peace, and joy into your everyday life.
No yoga experience is necessary. All are welcome.
