What is Reiki?
It's so powerful and yet can be difficult to explain and much easier to experience.
Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that balances the energy flow in the body.
The word Reiki is derived from 2 words; Rei, meaning universal and Ki, meaning life force energy.
During a Reiki session you remain fully clothed and sit in a chair or lie down on a table. CW uses intuition guided by Reiki Energy to place her hands on or slightly above your body to balance your energy fields. Recipients often express feeling a deep sense of calm, relaxation, and clarity both during and after a Reiki session.
Community Reiki Experiences offer space for people to come together to share the healing energy of Reiki and its many benefits. You do not need to be attuned to Reiki or have any previous experience to attend.
Reiki can promote relaxation, stress reduction, pain control, clarity around situations, and can be used to support traditional medical treatments.
