Sometimes the support we need isn’t found in a group class.
Private sessions offer a quiet, personalized space to slow down, listen to your body, and receive practices tailored specifically to your needs.
Whether you’re recovering from injury, navigating chronic pain, experiencing stress or grief, seeking the restorative benefits of Reiki, or simply looking for one-on-one guidance, each session is thoughtfully designed to meet you exactly where you are.
No two sessions are exactly alike because no two people are exactly alike. Together, we create a practice that honors where you are and supports where you’re ready to go.
A Holistic, Therapeutic Approach
CW brings a compassionate, therapeutic lens to every session as a trained Reiki Master, Yoga Teacher, Guided Myofascial Release Facilitator, and Grief Doula.
Depending on your needs and goals, your session may include guided myofascial release, Reiki, yoga, Yoga Nidra, breathwork, meditation, or gentle movement practices. You will always remain fully supported in choosing pace, pressure, and depth, with an emphasis on safety, awareness, and ease.
Sessions are designed to support your body and nervous system, honor your emotional and energetic needs, and provide gentle presence for those experiencing grief, loss, or transitional moments. They also offer tools and practices you can continue on your own, along with optional at-home guidance for those recovering from injury, pain, or surgery.
Guided Myofascial Release
These sessions focus on relieving physical tension and restoring ease in the body through guided self–myofascial release practices using supportive tools and techniques.
You will be led through accessible, science-informed practices while remaining in full control of pressure and pace.
Benefits may include increased body awareness and mobility, relief from chronic tension or discomfort, and a deeper sense of ease and connection within your body.
This work is educational and empowering, offering tools you can continue to use outside of sessions. (Not massage therapy.)
Reiki Energy Sessions
Reiki is a gentle energy practice that supports relaxation, emotional balance, and nervous system regulation.
Sessions provide a quiet, supportive space to rest, reset, and receive individualized care.
Benefits may include emotional recalibration, stress relief, support during periods of overstimulation or emotional depletion, and deep relaxation.
Each session begins with a brief check-in and intention setting and may be offered with or without light touch, depending on your preference. Each concludes with reflection and integration to support a smooth return to your day.

Booking & Pricing
Private sessions are available by appointment. Spaces are intentionally limited to ensure spacious, personalized care.

Payment is accepted via cash, Venmo, or check. Sessions are scheduled individually to ensure full attention and support.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of 50% of the session rate.
If emergencies arise, please reach out as soon as possible. Flexibility is offered whenever possible with care and understanding.
