A Different Kind of Yoga Studio
Founded by Christina Willingham (“CW”), E-RYT 500 Yoga Teacher, YACEP, and Reiki Master, The JOY is rooted in years of experience and a deep respect for the uniqueness of every body.
Here you’ll find:
• Accessible, intelligently sequenced yoga grounded in anatomy, nervous-system awareness, and lived experience
• Reiki and subtle energy work that support rest, emotional clarity, and self-healing
• Guided myofascial release using evidence-informed techniques to reduce pain, improve mobility, and increase body awareness
• A welcoming, down-to-earth community rooted in curiosity, compassion, humor, and grace
No pressure to be flexible, spiritual, or “fixed.”
Just an invitation to show up exactly as you are.

The studio is located behind the building, with easy access from Warren Lane.
Parking:
Free street parking is available on North Carlisle Street, with additional parking available on Warren Lane.
If it’s your first time visiting, give yourself a few extra minutes to arrive and settle in.
