You’re invited to gather in community for an evening of deep rest and receiving in The Joy's beautiful sanctuary. This Reiki-infused sound bath is an opportunity to soften your body, quiet your mind, and allow healing vibrations to wash over you without effort or expectation.

Surrounded by the sacred resonance of sound and the subtle, supportive energy of Reiki, you’ll be guided into a state of profound relaxation. There is nothing to do here—only to rest, receive, and allow.

This offering is by donation, created as a gift to the community and a reminder that rest itself is medicine. (Donations also accepted by cash, check, Venmo.)
