The body is always communicating with us.
Tension, stress, habits, emotions, and life experiences can all leave their imprint on the body. Through mindful attention, movement, breath, and rest, we can begin to listen more deeply and respond with greater awareness and compassion.
The Body Wisdom Series is a monthly 90-minute practice that combines guided myofascial release, mindful movement, strengthening practices, breath awareness, and relaxation. Each session focuses on a specific area of the body while also exploring the emotional and energetic qualities that may be associated with that region.
These classes are not about fixing the body. They are an invitation to cultivate greater ease, resilience, and connection within yourself.
Each month we will focus on a different area of the body, exploring how physical tension, movement patterns, breath, energy, and lived experience intersect. Through guided myofascial release, mindful movement, strengthening practices, breathwork, and relaxation, you'll gain practical tools for greater ease and awareness both on and off the mat.
