Join us for June’s Sacred Sunday Immersion—an intentional afternoon devoted to grounding, softening, and returning to the steady support within yourself.

In a world that often asks us to move quickly and carry so much, this experience offers space to slow down, reconnect to your body, and cultivate a deeper sense of grace, presence, and inner steadiness.

Together, we’ll explore practices designed to calm the nervous system, release accumulated tension, and invite a feeling of rooted ease through:

• Gentle, mindful movement
• Breathwork and grounding practices
• Guided myofascial release
• Sound healing
• Reiki energy healing
• Rest, reflection, and integration

This immersion is an invitation to come home to yourself—not through striving or fixing, but through compassion, presence, and allowing.
