Practicing 1:1 with CW offers a depth of understanding about your relationship with your unique body. CW is formally trained in Self-Myofascial Release, Yoga Nidra, Restorative, Yin, Chair, and Vinyasa Yoga. She is a lifelong learner and continues to study meaningful modalities that support the health and wellness of her students.

Yoga Nidra: The practice of Yoga Nidra is taken lying in a supremely comfortable position as you are guided through different levels of consciousness.
Self-Myofascial Release: CW will guide you through different Self-massage techniques with therapy balls as you apply gentle sustained pressure to hydrate the bodily tissues to decrease pain and increase body awareness and range of motion.
 Sessions are appropriate for anyone whose health care professional recommends yoga and massage. 1:1 Sessions with CW are a complement to, not a replacement for, psycho or physical therapy
