Private Reiki & Yoga Sessions

With CW at The JoY of Yoga and Wellness Studio
Located at 345 S. Washington Street, Greencastle, PA (inside FitterU Personal Training Gym). The building is adjacent to Premier HVAC.

Each 60–75 minute session is thoughtfully curated to support your individual needs. CW brings a grounded, compassionate approach informed by her training in Reiki, intentional movement, self-myofascial release, and her work as a grief doula.

Whether you're seeking support for physical recovery, emotional healing, or spiritual connection, these one-on-one sessions offer a safe, nurturing space to explore and restore.


Reiki

Reiki is a gentle yet powerful energy healing practice that promotes deep relaxation, emotional clarity, and energetic balance. Many recipients report relief from physical or emotional discomfort during and after a session.

Each Reiki session begins with a moment of compassionate listening—an opportunity to connect, set intentions, and feel fully seen. You’ll then be guided into a relaxed position, either lying down or seated, depending on what’s most comfortable for you.

CW offers Reiki with or without touch, according to your preference. The session concludes with ample time to reflect and integrate your experience.


Yoga & Self-Myofascial Release

Working 1:1 with CW allows you to explore movement and stillness in a way that honors your unique body, life story, and goals. CW is trained in:

  • Restorative & Yin Yoga

  • Vinyasa & Chair Yoga

  • Yoga Nidra (guided deep relaxation)

  • Self-Myofascial Release (with therapy balls)

Together, you’ll co-create a practice that may include movement, breathwork, meditation, or gentle self-massage—whatever best supports your well-being in the moment.

Sessions may be especially supportive for:

  • Joint replacement recovery

  • Healing from injury, illness, or loss

  • Learning the foundations of yoga

  • Building strength, mobility & body awareness

  • Deep rest and nervous system regulation

Yoga Nidra is a deeply restorative practice done lying in comfort, guiding you through states of consciousness to promote profound relaxation.
Self-Myofascial Release involves using therapy balls and sustained pressure to hydrate tissues, ease pain, and improve mobility.


These sessions are appropriate for anyone whose healthcare provider recommends yoga or massage. Please note they are a complement—not a replacement—for medical or psychological care.
