This slow and gentle yoga class is the perfect way to unwind from the day and set the intention for the week ahead. Gentle yoga postures lead to stillness and restorative rest, supporting a good night's sleep.
This practice is appropriate for anyone who can move to and from the floor slowly and gently and is perfect for beginners or anyone who appreciates a slower practice and time to rest.
All yoga props are provided. A yoga mat is available if you don't have one or forget yours.
The JoY of Yoga and Wellness is located at 345 S. Washington Street. The building is adjacent to Premier HVAC and the front door is located on the right side of the building. When you enter the red door, please keep to the right as you make your way back to the yoga and wellness studio which is tucked within the personal training studio, FitterU.
If you miss a class in the series, you may attend another class in the Winter Series.
