This virtual series uses self myofascial release techniques to unravel tension in the tissues before gently awakening the muscles and the mind using the breath and fluid movement.
This practice is suitable for anyone who can move to and from the floor gently
Please have the following props:
Foam Yoga Blocks
Yoga Strap or Long Scarf
Yoga Blanket or Bath Towel
Tune-Up Fitness Therapy Balls with Tote or 2 Tennis Balls in a Sock
Coregeous Ball
