The Yamas and Niyamas provide a toolbox for life! 
These ancient, ethical principles are a roadmap for living a full and abundant life in our modern world.

Whether you're a yoga teacher looking to deepen your understanding of yoga's  ancient principles or you're brand new to yoga and want to dive into the heart of the practice, you are welcome and encouraged to enroll.
You'll explore these principles through the interpretations provided by Satchidananda and Nischala Joy Devi, while examining them from your own perspective, bringing them to life in the ways that are most meaningful for you.


This 8-Week Course includes:
-Independent study through pre-recorded videos providing an opportunity to learn at your own pace
-Live Zoom or In-Person 30-minute sessions to process what you're learning. 

How it Works:
  
The recordings and reflection questions are emailed to you each week. After you’ve spent the week applying the practices and principles to your daily life, you’ll connect with CW to reflect upon, process, and share what you’re learning. 

Days and times will be established  prior to registration.
(An in-person option is available for an additional fee)

All reading materials will be provided
