7th Annual Thanksgiving Day Yoga at 9:30 AM

Steal away an hour for yourself to pause and reflect on your blessings with a light-hearted and fun slow flow yoga practice. 
This class is suitable for anyone who can move to and from the floor.

Class will be held at The JoY of Yoga and Wellness studio located at 345B South Washington Street in Greencastle.

The building is adjacent to Premier HVAC. The JoY of Yoga and Wellness studio is tucked within the Personal Training gym, FitterU. When you enter the red door in the atrium, keep to the right to make your way back to the yoga and wellness studio.
