This immersion is a holistic experience for anyone seeking relaxation, self-reflection and personal growth.

We often forget the power of the pause. Explore how taking moments to pause and breathe can significantly transform your emotional landscape and enhance your quality of life.
Journaling for Self-Discovery: Did you know writing can be transformative? Engage in a reflective, private journaling practice that will empower you to express your personal thoughts and feelings and uncover insights about your inner self. Journals will be provided (or feel free to bring your own).
Breathwork Techniques: Learn effective breathing techniques tailored for relaxation and grounding. Master the art of regulating your breath to help alleviate stress and anxiety, fostering a sense of calm that you can carry into your everyday life.
Gentle Yoga Postures: Experience the soothing benefits of focusing on gentle movement and supported stillness, helping to release tension and restore equilibrium in your body and mind.
Reiki-Infused Sound Bath for Relaxation: Allow the soothing sounds of CW's singing bowls and the loving energy of Reiki to wash over you, bringing a profound sense of peace and relaxation. This sacred practice will encourage you to embrace the present moment, nurturing kindness toward yourself and enhancing your mindfulness.
