CommUNITY Holiday Classes
The Holidays are a very special season and yet, it can also be an emotionally difficult and stressful time. Please remember, you can't pour from an empty vessel. Join CW for this special offering of donation-based CommUNITY classes.
Reiki Talk:
Friday, December 6 at 5 PM
Learn about and discuss the healing energy of Reiki and how it supports us in the most practical and profound ways.
Reiki Infused Sound Bath and Yoga Nidra:
Monday, December 16th at 6 PM
This class offers space for quiet reflection while receiving the love and nurturance of Reiki with the beautiful sound of CW's singing bowls.
Gentle Strengthening:
Tuesday, December 17 at 11 AM
A gentle yet challenging class that's perfect for anyone who can move to and from the floor slowly.
Unravel and Awaken:

Lunchtime Vinyasa:

This fun, fast-paced class is the perfect way to burn off the Holiday crazy! (Familiarity with Sun Salutations is helpful).
No registration fee is required for CommUNITY classes. Donations accepted.
Classes held at The JoY of Yoga and Wellness Studio located at 345 S. Washington Street in Greencastle. The building is adjacent to Premier HVAC.
NOTE: When attending classes between 9-5, please park on Washington Street. All parking spaces to the left of the studio entrance are reserved for Premier HVAC.
The JoY of Yoga and Wellness is tucked within the personal training gym, FitterU. When you enter the red door, please keep to the right as you make your way back to the yoga and wellness studio.
NOTE: When attending classes before 5 PM, please PARK ON WASHINGTON STREET or to the right of the main entrance ONLY.
All other spaces are reserved for Premier HVAC and strictly enforced.
