Through breath-led movement and subtle strengthening, we cultivate mobility, clarity, and presence — carrying yoga beyond posture and into daily life.

This is your soft landing into the day.

The JOY is located at 135A North Carlisle Street (studio entrance in the back via Warren Lane). Free parking is available on Carlisle Street and along the alley.
