A steady, mat-based strength practice rooted in alignment, balance, and breath.
This class draws from functional movement and the foundational principles of yoga to build muscular endurance, coordination, and structural integrity — without the use of weights.
Expect intentional sequencing, clear transitions, and a focus on cultivating both strength (sthira) and steadiness of mind.
This is where grounded effort meets presence.
The JOY is located at 135A North Carlisle Street (studio entrance in the back via Warren Lane). Free parking is available on Carlisle Street and along the alley.
