A mindful strengthening practice rooted in the principles of yoga: steadiness (sthira), ease (sukha), and conscious breath.
This class blends joint stability, gentle strength work, fascia awareness, and supportive mobility to help you feel more capable in your body and grounded in your life. We move with attention, build resilience gradually, and honor the wisdom of the nervous system.
Strength here is cultivated, not forced.
The JOY is located at 135A North Carlisle Street (studio entrance in the back via Warren Lane). Free parking is available on Carlisle Street and along the alley.
