Guided Myofascial Release Sessions
(Self-massage with Tune Up Fitness therapy balls)
These sessions focus on relieving physical tension and restoring ease in the body through guided self–myofascial release practices. Using Tune Up Fitness therapy balls, you’ll be led through intentional, accessible techniques while remaining fully in control of pressure, pace, and depth.
This work supports increased body awareness, improved mobility, and relief from chronic tension or discomfort. The approach is slow, mindful, and adaptable—meeting you where you are on any given day.
Guided myofascial release sessions may be especially supportive if you’re experiencing:

Chronic tension or stiffness

Discomfort in the neck, shoulders, hips, feet, or low back

Limited mobility or restricted movement

A desire to feel more at home in your body
This is not massage therapy. Rather, it is an empowering, educational practice that provides tools you can continue using outside of sessions.
Winter availability:
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday afternoons
Availability is intentionally limited to allow for focused, one-on-one support.
