As the year winds down and the days grow shorter, this is a beautiful time to come home to yourself.
Join CW for a gentle, heart-centered 5-week yoga series designed especially for beginners — or anyone who wishes to reconnect with yoga in a softer, more mindful way.
Each week, we’ll explore one of the Yamas — yoga’s ethical and spiritual foundations — through gentle movement, breath awareness, and simple reflection.
You’ll be guided to move with kindness, truth, gratitude, balance, and release — discovering yoga as both a physical and spiritual practice.

💛 Week 1 – Ahimsa (Non-Harming): Cultivating kindness toward self and others
🌿 Week 2 – Satya (Truthfulness): Honoring your body’s truth and boundaries
🌸 Week 3 – Asteya (Non-Stealing): Embracing gratitude and enoughness
💫 Week 4 – Brahmacharya (Moderation): Finding balance and sustainable energy
🌕 Week 5 – Aparigraha (Non-Attachment): Letting go and trusting the flow
All postures are offered with modifications to honor your body.
Expect a nurturing atmosphere with supportive props, soft lighting, and space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect.
