This gentle 4-week chair yoga series is designed to support your body, mind, and spirit through mindful movement, breath, and relaxation—all from the comfort and stability of a chair.
Perfect for beginners, older adults, and anyone with limited mobility, this class is also ideal if you're recovering from illness or injury, or if movement has been recommended by your medical provider. We’ll explore accessible postures to improve flexibility, strength, and circulation, while also supporting nervous system regulation and overall well-being.
Chair yoga holds a special place in CW's heart — it’s where she began her own yoga journey. It was through this gentle, supported approach that she discovered the joy of mindful movement and the profound healing it can bring. She's honored to now share this practice with you, meeting you exactly where you are.
